Halloween

Put these on our wall going up the stairs. Super cool decoration. Only complaint is that a few of them didn’t stick very well.

For what i paid these are nice. the bats are thick mylar plastic with marks where i guess they intend you to bend them into 3d shapes but it's not easy. the one light i tried did work and it flashed purple. there are no other settings. the method of attaching to walls though is a double sided foam sticker so i am leery of putting that on my paint. other than that, it's probably excellent for what it cost and if i can figure out a safe way to attache them to the walls, they'll look good. how long each light lasts will remain to be seen but they do take 2 button batteries each so could be replaced, which is nice.

Double-sided foam sticker, so I was leery of putting that on my paint. Came off fine, Good product.

They look very nice. Be careful because the light is flashing and it's a bit annoying, I thought it was steady.

Just need a little more engineering

These are really cute little light up bats....only a few things that would certainly make them better. I read in the reviews they didn't last long....I've had mine going for about a week now 24/7 and probably 85% of them are still lit. When I was setting them up I had a bit of trouble turning them on...the switch was very "stiff". No way was I going to turn these on and off so I just installed and if they stopped lighting....they were cute anyway. The best thing would be to make them work with a remote so they would be easy to turn off and on....also, the only real complaint I have and besides the on and off switch, is the constant blinking....should have an option for solid or blink. Outside of that, I really like them, especially at night when the room is not as well lit as during the day.

Really only good for one night. Unless you want to work hard.

These have the potential to be great. We are celebrating early this year because we have someone going on deployment, so we put all of these bats up and during the party it looked amazing. I can tell you I am not turning all 64 lights on every single night. So other than this party, it will just be Halloween night. They need to have a remote on and off, and they need to have a blink or not blink option. It did get annoying watching them blink after a while, gave is a headache. If you all could improve on these 2 things, I will definitely order them ans use them again next year. If not, I definitely will not.

This is what you're buying

You are not buying a bat. You are buying what your hallway looks like at 8pm on October 31st. So that is what we photograph.

GlowBats covering an entryway wall with purple and orange halos

GlowBats porch display glowing at night with Halloween pumpkins

Renter-safe

No nails, no holes. Press firmly, peel slowly, and test delicate paint first.

Up in about twenty minutes

Peel, press for ten seconds, flick the switch.

Reusable every year

The bats and pucks store flat and can be easily reassembled each year

Tracked all the way

Every order ships with a tracking number, 7–12 business days.

Each bat sticks flat or folds forward into a 3D flight pose, then mounts on its own small LED puck. The light rakes up under the wings and throws a shifting halo onto the wall behind it — which is why these read as bats from across the room instead of flat black blobs.

Bats standing off the wall with cast shadows

Five sizes

From little 5in bats up to 12in wingspans, so the swarm has depth.

Assorted colours

Across a set the pucks light in different colours and flash, so the wall never sits still.

Batteries in

Replaceable button cells, slide switch on the rim of every puck.

In and out

Walls, doors, mirrors, entryways, porch. Reusable every October.

Two minutes, one wall

Peel, stick, glow.

Fold the wings

Bend them forward into a flight pose, or leave the bat flat. Both work.

Stick it to the puck

There is an adhesive pad on each face of the LED puck — one holds the bat, one holds the wall. Pads are in the box.

Switch on, then press

The switch is on the rim, so flick it before the puck goes on the wall. Press ten seconds.

Spooky Glow

Across a set the puck lights flash in assorted colours, purple, red and orange.

Pick your coverage

24 bats covers a feature wall. 36 does the entryway and the living room. Going bigger? Add a second set and the multi-set discount applies automatically.

The 15% multi-set discount is applied automatically at checkout.

The four things people ask

How do i stick it to the wall?

Press the pad firmly for ten seconds on a clean, dry, smooth surface. To remove, peel slowly at the end of the season. As with any adhesive, test delicate or freshly painted walls in a hidden spot first.

Do the lights flash or stay on?

They flash. Each puck pulses rather than holding a steady glow, and across a set the pucks are different colours — that is what creates the firefly effect.

Where is the on/off switch?

A slide switch on the rim of each LED puck. Flick it on before you press the puck to the wall. Batteries are included and replaceable.

Will it arrive before Halloween?

Shipping runs 7–12 business days with tracking. The earlier in the season you order, the more time it has to arrive before the 31st.
